Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayZone website at sarkarishivam.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Use of the Service

PlayZone is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may access the games, stream the content in your browser, and share links to individual pages. You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the PlayZone website design or branding without written permission.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers.
  • Interfere with advertisements (for example, through click fraud) or circumvent ad placements.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

2. Intellectual Property

The "PlayZone" name, logo, and original content (page copy, layout, custom artwork) are the intellectual property of the PlayZone project. The gameplay engines of the games shown on PlayZone are open-source works licensed under the MIT License (or a similarly permissive license) by their respective authors. The original license file for each game is preserved inside its folder on the server. Attribution is provided on the About page.

3. Third-Party Content

Games on PlayZone may include, link to, or embed third-party content. We do our best to vet every game before publishing, but we are not responsible for the behavior of third-party code. If you believe a game infringes on your rights, see the DMCA section below.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayZone and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for use of the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, for a free service, is zero.

6. DMCA / Takedown

PlayZone respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on PlayZone in a way that constitutes infringement, please email contact@sarkarishivam.com with:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL on PlayZone where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  • Your contact information (full name, address, telephone, email).
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to review and respond to DMCA notices within five business days.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the PlayZone project is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
